Dr. Mike Wenk retired this year after 33 years in education. Dr. Mike worked as a track and baseball coach, secondary English language arts teacher, curriculum specialist, instructional coach, university methods instructor, assistant principal, and reading specialist. He was recognized by students and colleagues for his educational expertise, teaching style, and rapport with students. Dr. Mike understands the challenges families face with remote, hybrid, and face-to-face learning. He has taught remote courses and knows what teachers expect from students.
