about us

We bring over 50 combined years of helping a variety of organizations  excel in their mission of serving others.
The Watson Wenk Group is a minority-owned, boutique consulting firm that supports organizations through their justice, equity, diversity, & inclusion (JEDI) journeys. WWG offers an agile project leadership model that flexes to the needs of the entities that we serve. We provide consistent thought-partnership and technical assistance to ensure that gains are sustainable, measurable, and engrained in the organizational DNA.

Established in 2018, the Watson Wenk Group draws on over 50 combined years of its principals, who have supported a variety of organizations to excel in their mission of serving others. WWG excels in facilitation and engagement within BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) communities and has nurtured strategic relationships with Denver Parks and Recreation, Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, and many other civic, educational, business, and nonprofit organizations along the Front Range.

As we co-create with community partners and alongside organizations to promote their JEDI efforts, we maintain a simple philosophy: focus on positive growth. We are skilled in culturally relevant as well as culturally representative training practices that empower communities to assert ownership of their JEDI journeys. We organize people to develop individual skills and knowledge that they can immediately apply to their work, while also uniting people to proactively reform institutional practices in ways that enhance the mission and programming of the organization. The goal of the Watson Wenk Group is to empower individuals and organizations as they make steady and gratifying progress toward justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
